Speed Control
- Speed + (Increase Speed)
→ Press to gradually increase the rotation speed - Speed − (Decrease Speed)
→ Press to reduce the rotation speed
Direction Control (Buttons)
Allows switching the rotation direction using the buttons:
- F Button (Forward / CW)
→ Rotates the basket clockwise (CW) - Yellow Button (Reverse / CCW)
→ Rotates the basket counterclockwise (CCW)
Rotary Control Knob (Manual Direction Control)
Allows quick switching between:
- CW (Clockwise rotation)
- STOP
- CCW (Counterclockwise rotation)
Power Switch (I / O)
- I = ON
- O = OFF
Emergency Stop Button (RESET)
- Press to immediately stop all operation in case of emergency
- Rotate to reset before restarting
Before Use
- Place the extractor on a stable and level surface
- Ensure all parts are securely assembled
- Confirm the honey gate is fully closed
- Prepare uncapped frames for extraction
Operating Instructions
1. Load Frames
Insert frames evenly into the basket. Ensure proper balance to minimize vibration.
- Turn on the power
- Begin at low speed
- Gradually increase speed
4. Drain Honey
- Stop the machine completely
- Open the honey gate at the lowest point of the sloped bottom
- Collect honey into a stainless steel strainer or settling tank
